Description:
A close knit Customer Service team is looking for another hardworking and reliable team player to work alongside them in their office in South Melbourne. Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Officer you will be ensuring the smooth running of the office and the customer service function. The company is a leader within the manufacturing and distribution of orthodontic products worldwide.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience working in a dental or orthopaedic surgery. You will also have:
- Sound understanding of dental terminology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Reliability and punctuality
- Experience with MS office suite
- High attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to incoming calls from both internal and external stakeholders
- Handling email communications
- Recording and updating customer interactions, activities escalations, processing of customer accounts and filing of documentation
- Responding to detailed product and personalised service questions from clientele
- Liaise with finance team for online payments
- Providing clients with regular updates in regards to online purchases, payment confirmations, dispatch notifications, warranty extensions and after sales services
- Overseeing inventory management in the office
- Processing orders and coordinating with teams in Australia and the US
- Initiating outbound calls to current clients to confirm details and update orders
- Utilising various platforms such as Salesforce and Navision for operations
