Panelto produces a range of high quality contemporary sandwich breads for the UK and Irish and food service markets, from a highly automated world class bakery. Panelto has recently experienced a successful major expansion, doubling the size of the existing factory and workforce.

KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Suite is desired, in particular Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent time management skills, organizing workload and priorities to ensure all works are completed.
• Attention to detail, taking care to ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask, with an ability to handle multiple requests, across several areas.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers while effectively managing the flow of goods from Panelto stock points to successful Customer delivery.
Reporting to: Panelto Customer Service & Planning Manager

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Relationship Management: Investigating and updating customer service queries.
• Order Management: Overview of edi order process and inputting of any manual orders as needed. Ensuring orders travel from customer portals to Panelto ERP System
• Order Tracking: In collaboration with our Logistics Suppliers, ensure timely delivery in accordance with the delivery schedule.
• Delivery Discrepancy Resolution: Reviewing and investigating delivery discrepancies, approving deliveries for invoicing based on provided PODs (Proof of Delivery) from third-party warehouses.
• Sample Request Processing: Handling and processing sample requests.
• Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinating various aspects of the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
• Supply Chain Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving issues within the customer supply chain.
• Weekly Reporting: Preparing and submitting weekly reports on supply chain activities. Collaborating with the Finance Team to ensure invoicing targets and deadlines are achieved
• Invoice Query Investigation: Investigating and resolving any invoice-related queries.
• Logistics Supplier Tracker Maintenance: Updating supplier trackers and booking delivery slots as needed.
• Operational Support: Providing support to the wider operations team for ad hoc activities.
• Cross-Functional Coverage: Offering coverage and support for other key functional roles during busy periods or when covering for absent team members.
