Your new role
As a Post-Settlements Officer you will deliver high quality customer service and play a key role in making sure their clients and lenders are being provided with the best possible care on a day to day basis. This is a permanent position with fantastic career progression. We are looking for an energetic and confident communicator who will always put the customer first.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and lenders by providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage post-settlement transactions
  • Create and maintain customer records.
  • Attending to customer enquiries until they are resolved

Your skills and experience

  • You’ve got 1 year of experience within home loans, settlements or post-settlements
  • A genuine passion and strong commitment to customer service
  • A thorough understanding of the home loan process.
  • You love numbers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
  • Highly organised and have acute attention to detail
  • You’re great at building and maintaining relationships.
