They are looking for a Customer Service Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Bristol on a 12 month FTC.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality performance assessments of calls / correspondence.
- Analyse and report on trends and insight with the coaching team.
- Use data to review processes, educate, and strengthen consistency across teams.
- Work closely with the coaching team to ensure a smooth, positive process for customers.
