Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEPTIONIST

  • Play a unique role in supporting healthy communities.
  • Efficiently operating the Clayton Head Office reception area, answering incoming phone calls and welcoming visitors
  • Brand new offices at M-City Clayton; onsite parking & hybrid model

Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk and Visitor Management: Efficiently manage the reception area of the Clayton Head Office, including greeting visitors, answering incoming calls with professionalism
  • Administrative Support: assist the Customer Service Team with CS Administration tasks, such as inbox monitoring/actioning, keying orders and general documentation, as well as assisting other teams and departments duties.
  • Mailroom and Office Supplies Management: Oversee all mailroom activities, including sorting incoming mail, etc.
  • Security and Maintenance Tasks: Create employee ID cards and maintain security protocols. Contribute to a tidy and welcoming office environment and ensure smooth management of general office administrative activities.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a critical liaison between different departments, external suppliers, and service providers.
