Description:

CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / CLERK – LUBBOCK, TX

This is a full-time, non-exempt position.
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Commercial Manager in Lubbock, Tx, the position is responsible for actively maintaining an ongoing relationship with customers, haulers, co-workers, operations and sales staff at our cottonseed crush plant in Lubbock, TX. Will have daily exposure to customers in a dynamic environment and will be responsible for leading many aspects of daily and monthly reporting, filling, data entry, data management, scale operations, training and team support in day to day responsibilities of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing exceptional customers service and support for customers.
  • Represent ADM well by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast paced environment.
  • Partner with the Sales Team to create and maintain excellent relationships with customers and haulers
  • Obtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systems
  • Review, enter and manage daily reports as needed to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Process customer requests and respond to inquiries as needed
  • Process settlements and invoices as needed and help monitor accounts receivables.
  • Cross training on all CSR responsibilities as well as scale operations responsibilities
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Commercial Manager
  • Work well with customers and logistics companies regarding orders and documentation needs
  • Manage and file Truck insurance and documentation
  • Answers phone calls
  • Operate scales and cross train as needed
  • Work with operations and quality team to enter reports and changes as needed into internal systems
  • Enter, track and manage systems necessary to set up customers, vendors and haulers.
