In this role you will be primarily responsible for building customer confidence through the delivery of exceptional service and delivery to both our internal and external customer base. We are looking for a candidate available for a 8.00am - 4.00pm shift.
The role is crucial to provide customer support excellence to both internal and external stakeholders and understand the ongoing requirements of the business to maintain and build strong relationships with customers.

This is a brand new non-automation multi-client 3PL site @ 9,000 sqm / 12,461 pallet positions. The warehouse management system (WMS) is Dispatcher by Blue Yonder (also known as Red Prairie or JDA).
The target market for this site is B2B FMCG (food and beverage customers) delivering into major retailers.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a key member of the Contract Logistics / 3PL team with a focus on communications with all internal / external stakeholders and an exceptional customer service experience.
- Be responsible for end to end order fulfilment support, and warehousing and distribution administration, including, but not limited to pallet hire docket creation, end of delivery shipment closure, POD reconciliation, customer and supplier invoice reconciliation, etc.
- Coordinate the investigation of and ownership of enquiries until a satisfactory conclusion is reached.
- Accurate and timely processing of customer orders, pick-ups, data entry of connotes, deliveries, POD’s, product damages, etc.
- Ownership of all escalated issues from our customers both internal and external in the first instance.
- Coordination of a successful resolution and implementation of preventative action where appropriate.
- Be a central point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries.
- Complete other tasks as reasonably requested by management from time-to-time.
The successful candidate is somebody that likes to get their ‘hands dirty’ from time to time by putting on the safety shoes, Hi-Viz vest and helping out in the warehouse directly, perhaps processing receipts or returns, etc.
Previous experience in the transport, supply chain and logistics industry is highly desirable.
This is an ongoing casual position with the potential to progress to a permanent role.
