Description:

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years work experience in customer services / order management
  • Strong proficiency in the use of SAP/ Oracle or similar ERP systems
  • Familiarity with CRM
  • Minimum bachelor degree skill
  • Customer service orientation, stakeholder management
  • Communication Skill and Conflict Management
  • Commercial Acumen. Basic understanding of financial concepts related to sales and customer services.
