Responsibilities:
In this role you will be the face of our brand! Y ou will interact with our cus tomer s at the rental counter while marketing products and services , completing rental bookings and responding to general cus tomer inquiries.
What you’ll do
- Establish ing cus tomer car rental need s by actively listening
- Review in detail ABG’s various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the cus tomer
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively
- Complete rental bookings in a timely , efficient and accurate manner
- Answering cus tomer questions and inquiries

What we’re looking for
- Applicants must have a full and valid driver’s licen s e
- This is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivery exceptional cus tomer ser v i ce
- Previous experience within retail, hospitality, cus tomer ser v i ce , sales or similar roles
- Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards
- Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information
