Description:
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to assist our customers with product inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner.
The role will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and queries by communicating in a professional, positive manner.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Preferably College level/Graduate of any course.
- Experience working with customer support.
- Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be willing to work in flexible working hours.
- Willing to work and be part of the e-commerce industry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.

- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service.
