Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to assist our customers with product inquiries in a swift, proficient, and friendly manner.
The role will be instrumental in customer retention by addressing concerns and queries by communicating in a professional, positive manner.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Preferably College level/Graduate of any course.
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must be willing to work in flexible working hours.
  • Willing to work and be part of the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer concerns.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
