My client, a Growing International Manufacturing Company, based in Killygarry, Cavan is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative on a Permanent basis. This role is Monday - Friday, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
Role Overview:
This role has responsibility for delivering a high-level Customer Service to a portfolio of Customers. A confident and energetic approach is required. The candidate must be good at handling multiple clients and have very good customer relation skills. The ability to communicate confidently with all areas of an organisation (Production, Post Production, Despatch, Engineering etc.). The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, time management & be comfortable with working in a fast paced & often pressurised environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term collaborative relationships with customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
  • Proactively looking after their day-to-day needs.
  • Sales Quotation preparation & active follow up
  • Co-ordination of Customer Shipments
  • Customer Invoicing when required
  • Daily Co-ordination with all internal teams across the Different Sales Divisions
  • Daily Open Order Book Management & Order expedites
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints through to resolution, attending weekly ticket review meeting to ensure all issues are progressed
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Maintaining Customer Master Data in various in house & customer systems
  • Be actively involved in suggesting ways to improve exiting team processes for the benefit of the customer
  • Develop a good knowledge of key systems: SAP, Sales Cloud, Front, Kianda, Power BI, Office365
  • Possess a strong knowledge of Group’s Customers, Products, Systems & Processes
  • Ability to use Excel for reporting & analysis purposes
