Job Description
The Customer Service Representative for Content Moderator interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Managing Customers Experience, Policy operations, Content Moderation
  • You MUST live in the Chilliwack Area!!
  • Active user of Social Media awareness of current trends on web. Awareness of current debates within Content Moderation- i.e. hate speech versus free speech, content moderation policies for major platforms, election influencing
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Full and open availability for scheduling within hours of operation (24/7)
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Must be organized, have ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, possess critical reasoning skills, communicate effectively, and focused on customer service
  • Background clearance

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative/Content Moderator (VR), you will:

  • Resolve technical issues
  • Fix billing problems
  • Ensure content on social media pages are appropriate and safe
  • Ensure our clients’ customers enjoy authentic experiences
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
