As a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our diverse team.
In this role you provide commercial support such as order management, order entry, price checking, order clearing, compliance, complaint handling, coordination of delivery and billing.
The position is located in Sandvika, Norway

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

To be successful in this position, you should have experience in customer service or sales support roles.
Strong English language skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential, along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
You should excel in teamwork, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and managing priorities.
Experience with SAP or another ERP system is seen as an asset.

Responsibilities:

As our new Customer Service Representative, you will proactively understand and address customer needs, identifying solutions for non-standard tasks and queries.
Serving as the primary point of contact for all types of commercial requests, you will solve complex, high-impact problems with efficiency.
You will prepare and follow up on quotations, assist in resolving price discrepancies, and guide distributors to available products and part numbers.
Your role involves timely communication with external customers about order status and applying extensive knowledge of business processes and systems. You will accept and process sales order schedules and discrete orders, following established business rules, and validate orders in the system against customer order reports on a weekly basis.
