As we continue our mission to further support our customers across Norway we are now seeking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team based at our Norwegian Customer Service center in Sandvika, conveniently located circa 15 minutes from Oslo.
As our new Customer Service Representative you’ll form part of our Northern Europe Customer Service organization, and play a real part in delivering a first-class service to our customers across Norway.
BACKGROUND & SKILLS
To thrive in this role, we would expect you to demonstrate:
- A strong customer service mindset, and ability to communicate at all levels with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to use a variety of IT tools and systems, and adapt to new systems (full system training and support will be offered).
- Proficiency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
- A “team player” mindset with a desire to achieve collective targets.
- Proactive approach and a genuine enthusiasm for dealing with people and providing solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
- Willingness to develop yourself further to ensure best in class performance.
Previous experience of working in Customer Service environment or with similar tasks in sales & distribution or logistic context will help you get started, but it’s not mandatory. Beneficial would be SAP and/or SalesForce experience, but full support and training on these systems will be given.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Responsible for the end-to-end customer experience
- Identify, investigate, and resolve logistic issues and complaints
- Ensure timely response and quality resolution of inquiries
- Keep a close dialogue with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Be proactive and ensure we are staying ahead of our customers’ needs
- Cooperate with other team members/departments/functions in our company
- Ability to prioritize your daily tasks
