We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service representative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
