Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customers receive prompt and quality service
  • Communicate with customers, supervisors, colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
  • Perform cashier duties accurately to ensure cash drawers balance, performing basic addition and subtraction functions and counting back change.
  • Address all customer complaints in a professional manner
  • Comply with all safety rules, company policies and scheduling requirements.
  • Accurately balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Professionally and cheerfully greet customers upon entering the store, assist with any questions which they have.
  • Monitor the surroundings to identify any potential threats.
  • Perform tasks in the store as directed, including stocking, cleaning, pricing and merchandising.
