Our client is looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you’ll utilize your exceptional communication skills to engage with a diverse range of individuals, from customers to technical experts. You’ll strive to provide customers with a resolution and a positive experience.

Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Managing customer inquiries via telephone, email, and web chat.
- Handling inquiries related to our products, offering sales support, troubleshooting product issues, and scheduling service technicians as needed.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED:
- Previous customer service call center experience of 1-2 years preferred
- A confident and friendly communication style
- Patience and a passion for problem-solving
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A reliable fiber internet connection and a quiet home setup for remote work
