  We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping people and working in a motivated team. Our client is searching for resilient individuals for their Service Centre. This is an office-based role working Monday-Friday, with standard business hours in their Hamilton offices.
  Successful candidates will be dealing with enquiries over the phone and via email. We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy, confident and are proactive listeners. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment whilst investigating/responding to customer requests and building strong relationships with internal/external stakeholders of the business. This is an opportunity to join a fun and collaborative team. Training will be provided to refine skills in call handling and to understand the processes thoroughly, including wrap-up procedures.
  This is a temporary assignment based in Hamilton starting ASAP for approximately 2-3 months.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Taking inbound calls and responding to email enquiries particularly in product quality enquiries, tanker scheduling, and stock collection.
• Providing customers with updates on deliveries and orders through various apps. and websites.
• Investigating problems and offering solution-based support to valued customers

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone who;

• Is confident using computers systems
• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
