Responsibilities:

• Responding quickly to inquiries from customers and the sales force
• Smooth processing of orders and complaints in the Hückelhoven back office
• Credit check and master data maintenance
• Acquisition and market research
• Supporting and independent activities for the sales managers

Qualifications:

• Commercial training
• Sales experience desirable
• Fluency in German and English
• Good knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of the usual Office applications and use of an ERP system
