Are you a native speaker of English (preferably British English) and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? If so, we would like to hear from you! We are looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to support our UK market. You will primarily handle inbound and outbound communications with our British customers. Additional language skills are a plus, enabling you to assist customers in German, Dutch, or French as well.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Communication and Team Skills: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

  • Telephone Stamina: Ability to remain focused and courteous during extended phone interactions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English (native level); German skills (minimum B1).
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience in customer service or sales, ideally with a commercial background. Motivated individuals from other fields are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Customer Service: Engage proactively with customers who have expressed interest in our digitisation services.
  • Inbound Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Sales of Additional Services: Provide advice and sell supplementary services to enhance the quality and value for our customers.
  • Support for Access Points: Acquire new partners in the UK and provide training on our processes.
  • Business Customer Support and Quotation: Prepare customized quotes for our business clients in the UK.
  • Complaint Management: Assist in managing and resolving complaints from UK customers.
