Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software or other systems.
- Identify and escalate priority issues or trends affecting customer satisfaction to management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to address customer needs and inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
