Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigating software applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software or other systems.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues or trends affecting customer satisfaction to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, logistics, and technical support, to address customer needs and inquiries.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
