Vacancy: Customer Service Representative
Salary: £500-£1400/month

We are currently recruiting on behalf of this FTSE 250 British Utilities Company. We are looking for people who are happy to work from home or who would like to earn an additional income in conjunction with their current role.

The responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative Role include:

  • Liaising with people both face to face and over the telephone
  • Recommending the companies services
  • Helping customers with any queries or complaints

Responsibilities:

FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Ability to communicate both over the telephone and face to face
  • Patience and motivation
  • Be a self-starter
  • Mobile phone
  • You must be permitted to work in the UK
  • You must be 18+
  • This role is not suitable for international students due to visa restrictions
