ABOUT THE ROLE

As a bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin and English, you will handle general enquiries and account applications and collaborate with the Sales team to ensure client satisfaction.

DUTIES

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, live chat, and phone professionally and promptly.
  • Handle new account applications and client onboarding processes.
  • Database management, updating existing accounts based on client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to fulfill client needs.
