Customer Service Representative - County Dublin based.
Our client is a leading independent distributor of performance material solutions, catering to the innovation and operational needs of renowned brand owners and manufacturers. Based in County Dublin, they are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team.

The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a track record of delivering exceptional communication and customer service.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office packages and SAP. Knowledge of Sage/SAP and Salesforce is advantageous, with full training provided.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and acknowledge customer orders promptly.
- Request pricing from suppliers/salespersons.
- Enter customer orders and purchase orders on SAGE system.
- Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules and update customers accordingly.
- Record stock receipts in the SAGE system.
- Dispatch stock to customers and manage associated paperwork.
- Coordinate dispatch instructions with the warehouse.
- Organize collections from suppliers as needed.
- Notify the warehouse of incoming stock.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, conducting monthly stock takes.
- Handle customer invoicing and credit notes.
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems as required.
- Provide support to sales team as needed.
- Reconcile warehouse and transport costs with accounts.
