OUR OPPORTUNITY

Galintel is currently looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for all internal and external customer inquiries. This position is a full-time permanent role, based in Narellan NSW.

Duties will include:

  • Providing support for all intercompany queries, orders, logistics and all other aftermarket export orders.
  • Prioritising jobs and ensuring effective communications at all times.
  • Attend customer service calls and queries within required SLA time frames.
  • Work within a team environment to ensure all customers have weekly expedite updates.
  • Communication between internal departments and stakeholders, ensuring effectively collaborations amongst colleagues.

We are open to a range of experience levels and are committed to supporting junior candidates where necessary.
