Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include:

  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • This position is a train onsite with the option to work from home after training
  • Completion of High School or equivalent
  • Available to work FT Mon-Sat 8am-11pm AST and Sun 10am-9pm AST
  • Background clearance
  • Complete/pass a language assessment (English), typing test, PC navigation
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Available to complete 8 weeks of training

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will:

  • Resolve technical issues
  • Resolve billing enquiries
  • Provide offers targeted for wireless/cable/internet services
  • Change plans
  • Follow client policy/process/procedures
  • Ensure first call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
