Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Taking incoming calls is the first point of contact with wholesalers & distributors
- Quoting on products to customers
- Processing orders and providing exceptional service with follow-up calls
- Answering inquiries via email providing information in regards to the products offered
- Proactively managing customer orders to provide On Time Deliveries and where not proactively updating them
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, services and systems
- Responsible for reporting process and stock quality matters to management and entering accurate data into quality systems
- Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders
To be successful for this role, you will have:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience required
- A high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Proficient understanding and handling of technical components
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
- A self-driven attitude and willingness to lear
