THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Taking incoming calls is the first point of contact with wholesalers & distributors
• Quoting on products to customers
• Processing orders and providing exceptional service with follow-up calls
• Answering inquiries via email providing information in regards to the products offered
• Proactively managing customer orders to provide On Time Deliveries and where not proactively updating them
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products, services and systems
• Responsible for reporting process and stock quality matters to management and entering accurate data into quality systems
• Collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders

To be successful for this role, you will have:

• Previous customer service or call centre experience required
• A high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient understanding and handling of technical components
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable
• A self-driven attitude and willingness to lear
