We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Reading, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing high-level customer service, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. The workplace involves a fast-paced, customer-centric environment where technology and data entry skills are utilized daily.

• Acting as an Inbound Specialist to provide high-level customer service to associates and managers
• Swiftly assessing the nature of the associate’s inquiries and responding accordingly
• Answering basic questions and obtaining critical information from associates
• Documenting interactions appropriately in the Case Management system
• Leveraging skills in ‘Call Center Customer Service’, ‘Customer Contracts’, and ‘Assist Customers’ to enhance service delivery
• Maintaining confidentiality of customer and associate information
• Utilizing technology to efficiently handle data entry tasks
• Continually improving customer service experience and service procedures to boost customer satisfaction.
• Prior experience in a call center customer service role is necessary
