Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic SEASONAL Customer Service Representatives to join our team for the busy Mother’s Day season. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline support for customers, providing exceptional service and assistance with orders and inquiries related to our products. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and delightful experience for customers during the hectic Mother’s Day period next Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Greet customers who enter the store and assist with their inquiries.
  • Help in packing up deliveries for customers.
  • Manage customer credit applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action for overdue payments.
  • Resolve customer credit inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations would be advantageous.
