Description:

Customer Service Representatives might be interested in this opportunity via Robert Half, in a dynamic, rapidly changing call center. We are seeking an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative who loves building solid customer relationships. This Customer Service Representative opportunity is located in Mississauga, Ontario, and is a long-term contract / temporary engagement.

Major responsibilities

  • Receive and place telephone calls
  • You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
  • Receive and send written business correspondence
  • Offer friendly, accurate customer service in a timely fashion
  • Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer service and office administrative skills
  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
  • 2+ years of past relevant experience
  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
  • Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
  • Answering Inbound Calls experience preferred
  • Call Center Customer Service experience
  • Strong familiarity with medical claims
  • Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
