Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing discrepancies.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet customer needs and sales targets.
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
