Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join their Burlington team. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary education (ideally in a business field)
  • 2-5 years of experience in Customer Service or Retail is required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, while using good judgment in prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to accurately input data
  • Advanced PC skills including Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and with initiative
  • Comfortable learning new system applications
  • Bilingual in French is an asset.
  • Knowledge of, or experience using, Sage 300 a Warehouse Management System (WMS), is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to enter orders from sales reps, internal sales orders and customer repeats orders
  • Communicate with sales team to ensure clarity of order details
  • Release orders to warehouse for picking
  • Responsible for customer inquiries via phone and email - order status updates and returns authorizations
  • Provide sales support with showroom and sample set-up - ticketing, steaming.
  • Administration support to product managers
  • Develop customer relationships through knowledge of products
  • Resolve customer requests, questions and complaints in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Assist with miscellaneous department tasks as needed
