Responsibilities:
As a part of our 2023 CRM Contact Centre award-winning team you will directly assist in mobilising our members; creating solutions, sharing expertise and thinking quickly to keep New Zealand moving.
- Assist members and non-members with their enquiries relating to AA Roadside assistance, battery service and AA membership
- Identify the caller’s needs and proactively find a solution for them
- Refer and promote products and services that meet the customer’s needs
About You | Mōu
- A people person with proven customer service experience who is passionate about helping customers
- Has the ability to remain calm and de-escalate situations when required
- Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills
- Strong organisational and computer skills.
- Able to work part time ( 22 - 24 hours per week ) this also includes working in weekend.
