Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (Claims Specialist) On-Site position performs off-line tasks in direct support of production associates. This position does not interface with customers directly.

Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative (Claims Specialist) role include:
- A high school diploma or GED is required, and you must be at least 18 years of age. College degree is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritizes work to meet multiple deliverables and deadlines with extreme attention to detail and ownership.
- Claims Processing experience (preferred)
- Advanced Computer proficiency (including knowledge of windows-based applications) along with excellent written and verbal communications and typing skills required.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and abilities to have critical conversations with individuals while maintaining a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Customer Service Representative (Claims Specialist), you will:
- Utilize standard procedures when dealing with problems or performing research; may need to use judgment to select from a variety of pre-determined options to resolve problems or perform research
- Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely resolution
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
