Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service/Technical Support Representative role include:

  • A High School Diploma and/or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required)
  • Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • The ability to work rotational shifts as needed

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative at Concentrix, you will:

  • Interact with customers via inbound calls who have questions or concerns that require additional support.
  • Achieve specific support and resolution on every call.
  • Use script and/or probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate advice or service for particular situations.
  • Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
