Job Description
The Customer Service Representative interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services.

  • Ability to type 25 words per min with 90% accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (office and webbrowsers)
  • Pass account specific exams based on training materials delivered
  • 6 mths call center experience is an asset
  • 6 mth – 1 year of customer experience
  • Ability to work full time M-F 9am – 9pm
  • Background clearance etc.
  • Pass a language assessment
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities:
