Description:

You love communicating with other people and are a helpful, friendly person? Then we are looking for you as a DUTCH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Foundever! Provide excellent customer service for RAISIN.
Start date: flexible | Location: Home Office or Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 20 - 40 h | Working hours: Mon - Fri between 08:00 AM and 5:30 PM, no weekends |
Salary: 2.452 - 2.732 €/month (Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + Language Bonus 300 €/month + performance bonus up to 250 €/month + home office allowance 30 €/month)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C2-level)
  • Excellent customer service expertise
  • Previous experience in a customer focused or sales environment, previous contact centre experience is desirable
  • Proficient IT Skills (Microsoft-Office)
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
  • Valid work permit for GermanyWilling to work flexible hours as the job demands (Monday to Friday between 08:00 AM and 5:30 PM, no weekends)

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKING FROM HOME:

  • A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection)
  • An Internet connection with a speed of 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream (in a shared Internet household, the performance should be significantly faster!)
  • A computer that is connected directly to the Internet via a router. This must support NAT (Network Address Translation), have a firewall component and ideally be connected to the home network with IPv4.
  • A quiet, lockable room to work in and an ergonomic workstationYour place of residence must be in Germany

  • Advising our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail (50% Backoffice - 50% Inbound Calls)
