Description:

Castle Hill Swimming is currently seeking someone who enjoys engaging with people and providing outstanding customer service in a fun environment. Being a diverse role, you’ll enjoy providing advice, being proactive and helping patrons with any questions or queries.
Depending on the applicant, we are offering a part-time or casual position, split shift 6:45am-11:45am and 1:30pm-6pm on weekends. Previous customer service experience is essential.

In this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Great communication skills
  • Phone etiquette
  • Ability to navigate technology and computer systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
