We are seeking an exceptionally enthusiastic and dynamic salesperson who can effectively capitalize on sales opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of our retail stores. In this role, you will be tasked with achieving competitive sales targets and team KPIs across our diverse range of retail services.
Your ability to multitask will be essential as you engage with customers via phone and email, both inbound and outbound, as well as collaborating with other business departments. With your exceptional customer service and sales skills, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently delivered in a timely and efficient manner to meet sales targets and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer inbound sales calls.
  • Make outbound follow up and sales calls.
  • Find solutions for our customers tyre and auto problems.
  • Receive and direct general customer enquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and stores providing excellent service to both parties.
  • Document customer feedback.
  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required.
