Responsibilities:

We are looking for a person who always puts service first.
You enjoy working in a high pace. You will be part of a positive team that wants to give NAVTOR’s customers the best service.

Your tasks will include:

  • Create and update the customer database, using company systems and tools to program the USB as a standard shipment product.
  • Prepare shipping documents according to the shipping company’s procedures. Provide additional documents to customers such as commercial invoices, proforma invoices, or packing lists.
  • Keep track of inventories for all materials and ensure stock level meets customers’ needs.
  • Maintain excellent customers relationships and give timely updates related to shipment to origin and destination
  • Work closely with support consultants within the support team, and collaborate with other teams.
  • Approve invoices from Shipping Companies
