ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Based in Adelaide, SA and reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you’ll efficiently process emails, calls, and web orders centrally, ensuring accuracy and high-quality customer service for both internal and external customers.

IN TERMS OF SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES, YOU WILL:

• Manage and execute centralised processing for orders received via calls, fax, and email.
• Ensure timely follow-up with sales teams and customers, including head office.
• Proactively address customer concerns and requests.
• Arrange product dispatch to existing or new customers
• Collect, analyse, and report on competitor activity, market trends and sales data
