Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will strive to increase customer satisfaction by identifying and assessing customers’ needs, answering questions, and performing daily operational activities for importer, dealer, and end user customers, by phone and email.
SPECIFIC TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
- Contract -, payment -, and complaint management.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service problems.
- Help dealers use DNB tools (Wholesale, Dealerweb, Applicator and DMS integrations).
- Daily operational activities within DNB Auto Finance main operating systems (Wholesale/Applicator/Merkur).
- Support credit function with individual car financing credit decisions.
- Follow DNB organizations regulations and policies.
- Various other separately assigned tasks within DNB Auto Finance Oy.
