Responsibilities:

Customer focus: You will be responsible for looking after a defined customer base in close cooperation with our Inside Sales and Account Managers. Your task is to maintain and expand customer relationships.
Efficient order management: As an expert in order management, you will ensure the smooth processing of series orders - from delivery schedules and contracts to individual orders. You always keep an eye on commercial and contractual framework conditions.
SAP professional: You record and optimise the processes from receipt to delivery in SAP ERP to ensure that every step runs smoothly and meets the highest quality standards.
Talent for coordination: In the event of fluctuations in demand and bottlenecks, you are the linchpin between customers and the production plants. Your organisational support also extends to preparing visits and meetings for our account managers.
Qualifications:
Education: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk.
Technical understanding: With your very good technical understanding, you understand the requirements of our customers and can provide them with the best possible support, especially with your sound user knowledge of SAPR/3.
Strong communication skills: Your convincing communication skills and confident manner will come into their own with both external customers and internal contacts. With your good command of English, you are prepared for occasional business trips.
Proactive & systematic way of working: You encourage and support innovative ideas while breaking new ground and improving existing processes. You proactively recognise what needs to be done and implement this with a structured, analytical and reliable way of working.
