Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Robina Delivery Centre working with one of Australia’s leading superannuation funds.

KEY ROLE DETAILS:

• Start date 7th May 2024
• $26.18 per hour + super and penalty rates
• Permanent, full-time opportunities
• Operating Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm
• Inbound contact centre role
• 4 weeks full time paid training 7th May -3rd June

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• First point of contact for customer service and account management
• Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience
• Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements
• Support customers through multiple channels. Commencing on our voice line and moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and email
• Guide employers through their employee superannuation obligations
• Conduct eligibility checks for early release of super
• Work across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiries
• Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information
