Customer Service Specialist with French and English
Location: Warsaw (work from office)
Providing the highest level of customer service;
Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the Client and management;
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.
Language: Proficiency in French (C1) and English (C1);
Experience: customer service experience is a must, cool if you have experience in sales;
Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
Personality: Motivated and enthusiast
Ability to prioritize and plan;
Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
Ability to solve problems;
Attention to detail;
Sales skills;
Soft skills.
Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
Basic salary + bonuses;
Work form our modern office in Warsaw on Taśmowa 7.
