Customer Service Specialist with German (Back office)

REQUIREMENTS:

• commitment to delivering outstanding customer service;
• strong attention to detail and accuracy;
• proficiency in MS Office, particularly intermediate Excel skills;
• German language skills at a minimum of B2 level;
• English communication skills at a minimum of B2 level;
• at least 1 year of professional experience; experience in data management is advantageous;
• positive and friendly attitude towards colleagues and others.

• acting as the point of contact to the customers in Germany and sales departament via different communication channels;
• receiving, preprocessing and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers and ensuring customers’ needs are met;
• coordinating with internal stakeholders such as demand, planning, and logistics, and confirming agreed lead-times with customers and business units;
• managing customer complaints, claims, and other issues related to customer interactions, sales policies, and order fulfillment by working with sales, finance, and production teams to resolve order problems;
• responding to customer inquiries and ensuring requirements are accurately documented and communicated regarding orders and logistics;
• providing problem resolution in line with the organization’s service standards;
• supporting customer data management;
• maintaining efficient and reliable product pricing and master data;
• preparing and distributing sales reports.
