Description:
We are looking for a Travel Consultant with German for a Shared Service. Join a highly skilled remote team, providing outstanding service to clients.
Qualifications for Success:
- Proficient in customer service with hands-on experience. (min 1 year)
- Advanced proficiency in German (C1 level).
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
Responsibilities:
- Consistent communication with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.
- Providing travel consultation using the system.
- Supporting travelers in navigating unforeseen travel challenges.
- Handling post-sales customer inquiries, including cancellations and complaints.
- Implementing enhancements to streamline processes.
- Working hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 18:00 (on rotation basis, available to start both at 8:00 at 10:00 am)
