Customer Service Specialist with Italian
Location: Warsaw hybrid

Providing the highest level of customer service (primarily e-mail);
Answering customer’s questions and meeting targets set by the Client and management;
Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
Cooperating with data center technicians regarding updates and order status.
