Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support and order administration primarily for our Swedish customers, with the flexibility to assist across all Nordic countries
  • Assist customers with order placement and product queries
  • Support field sales representatives administratively using our CRM system, creating quotes and managing delivery tracking
  • Assist with campaigns and pricing agreements

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about providing great customer experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus
  • System-oriented, advantageous with knowledge in a business system
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, solid written and verbal communicator
  • Technical interest is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and responsibility
  • Adaptability, attention to detail and multitasking abilities are essential
