Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and order administration primarily for our Swedish customers, with the flexibility to assist across all Nordic countries
- Assist customers with order placement and product queries
- Support field sales representatives administratively using our CRM system, creating quotes and managing delivery tracking
- Assist with campaigns and pricing agreements
Qualifications:
- Passionate about providing great customer experience
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Nordic languages is a plus
- System-oriented, advantageous with knowledge in a business system
- Strong communication skills including the ability to work in a team environment, solid written and verbal communicator
- Technical interest is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and responsibility
- Adaptability, attention to detail and multitasking abilities are essential
