Hayward Pool Products Canada Inc. is a leading manufacturer of swimming pool equipment. For over 90 years, we’ve been helping pool owners enjoy the pleasures of pool ownership by manufacturing cutting edge, technologically advanced pool equipment worldwide.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Customer Service Support from May 2024 through to August 2024.
This position is responsible for assisting with the management of the customer experience by providing administrative support to our Customer Service team.
Responsibilities:
- Enter new sales orders into AS400 system
- Process credit card transactions
- Filing & Scanning
- Respond promptly to phone an email inquiries
- Process Return Goods Authorizations for customers
- Preparation of credit notes
- Generate reports in Excel
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or Customer facing role
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and general computer skills
- Ability to prioritize and utilize good judgment in problem solving
